A little off the genealogy topic…

I have 2 partially finished, kit-bashed dollhouses for sale. Both are 1 inch = 1 foot scale.
I started building these about 1982. I haven’t worked on them in a number of years and they take up too much room in my tiny spare room to just sit around and gather dust.
The larger house is the “Beacon Hill” by Greenleaf. Kits are advertised on eBay for approximately $190.00 new.
The smaller house is the “Westville” by Greenleaf and new kits are advertised on eBay for approximately $110.00. I’ve done a lot of modification on the Westville: changed the front porch to a pantry, adding a bay window above the pantry, squaring off the roof line to match the Beacon Hill which allows for a storage space, new windows.
The two houses have been kit-bashed to go together – back to back creating one large house. My original dream was to eventually build a yard around the houses with a brick or stone fence, lawn & gazebo.
